Shipping information - fast, reliable and flexible 

We would like to give you an overview of our shipping costs, shipping times and shipping methods so that you know exactly what to expect when you shop with us. 

Shipping costs

For our deliveries within Switzerland, we charge a shipping fee of CHF 7.90 for A-Post Priority shipping. However, shipping costs are free for orders over CHF 350. This means that you will receive your order the next day, except on Saturdays. We would like to emphasize that our goal is to process your order as quickly as possible to ensure smooth and timely shipping. 

Shipping time

We do our best to ship orders received before 16:00 from Monday to Friday on the same day. This means that you will usually receive your products within 1-2 working days of dispatch. Of course, in exceptional cases there may be delays caused by Swiss Post or exceptional events. However, we would like to assure you that we will do everything we can to process your order as quickly as possible and ensure fast delivery.

Shipping method

We work closely with Swiss Post to offer you a reliable and secure shipping method. Your orders will be shipped either with the A-Post Priority Service or, for an additional charge of CHF 2, with the PostPac Priority SI option. Both shipping options ensure fast and efficient shipping. Please note that we currently only offer national deliveries and international shipping is not possible.

Click & Collect

For customers who prefer to collect their orders in person, we also offer the Click & Collect option. You can place your order online and then collect it from our store during our opening hours. This gives you maximum flexibility for collection and saves you shipping costs.
