Delete or deactivate account
1. Want to delete your account?
If you want to permanently delete your customer account, feel free to contact us or use the delete function in your profile section. All your personal data will be fully removed, unless retention is required by law.
2. Deactivation instead of deletion
Not quite sure yet? Then you can temporarily deactivate your account. Your data will remain stored, but access will be blocked until you reactivate or reach out to us again.
3. What happens to my data?
If you delete your account, all non-retention-required data will be erased. If you deactivate your account, it will remain in place but can no longer be used.
