Shipping Information – fast, reliable and flexible
We want to give you a clear overview of our shipping costs, delivery times and shipping methods – so you know exactly what to expect when shopping with us.
Shipping costs
We charge CHF 7.90 for DPD Home shipping within Switzerland. However, shipping is free for orders over CHF 350.–. That means you’ll receive your order the next day (except on Saturdays). We aim to process your order as quickly as possible to ensure fast and smooth delivery.
Delivery times
We do our best to ship all orders placed Monday to Friday before 3:30 p.m. the same day. You’ll usually receive your products within 1–2 business days after shipping. Of course, delays with DPD or exceptional situations can occasionally occur. But rest assured – we do everything we can to get your order to you quickly.
Shipping method
We work closely with DPD to offer you a secure and reliable shipping method. Your order will be shipped via DPD Home or, for an additional CHF 2.–, with the DPD Comfort option. Both options guarantee fast and efficient delivery. Please note that we currently only offer national shipping – international shipping is not available.
Click & Collect
If you’d prefer to pick up your order in person, we also offer a Click & Collect option. Simply place your order online and pick it up in-store during our opening hours. It’s flexible, convenient, and you save the shipping costs.
